Supplying an extensive product range to architects, specifiers and individuals all around the world, Havwoods were struggling to manage multiple websites across key global territories.
A unified global platform was needed, capable of meeting the unique requirements of each local market and being maintained in-house, while reducing administrative overhead. The new site also needed to reflect Havwoods’ premium positioning, showcasing their product portfolio and replicating the immersive experience of their physical showrooms online.
A core challenge was translating the tactile, in‑person showroom journey into a rich digital environment - providing global users with the inspiration and the product information they needed without stepping foot in a store. Addressing existing inconsistencies in product data and brand content was also critical to creating a simple and intuitive user experience that could serve a wide international audience across varied industries.
