Yorkshire-based Webevents Ltd was formed. Initially specialising in online exhibitions, we developed SEO capabilities over time and grew the client base.


‘The Web Marketing Group’ was born. With a bank of in-house tools and proprietary software, we were set to become digital market leaders.



Ingenuity Digital was created to cater to a growing audience and satisfy the appetite for digital marketing in London.

Ingenuity Digital Holdings (IDHL Group) was formed to sit above the family of brands, creating one centralised parent company.
The World Marketing Group became WMG, a Search and Performance marketing agency, sitting underneath the newly formed IDHL.
NetConstruct joined the roster, our first foray into focused web development, setting the scene for broadening our digital offering.


Pinpoint Designs was acquired, adding expertise to our growing roster of agencies.



We welcomed Statement to the group and opened our Manchester office to strengthen our existing presence in the North - in Leeds and Harrogate.

Equation was created solely to focus on excelling at Paid Media services, to expand the Group’s specialisms.

Southampton-based integrated agency The MTM Agency was acquired combining IDHL’s scale, deep technical knowledge and powerful technology, with MTM’s creative and strategic client-first approach.
